QUESTIONS RELATED TO BOOKING RESERVATION

We accept all majors credit cards from Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

If cancellation occurs seven (7) days before arrival date, no charge will apply.
If cancellation occurs between three (3) days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of every booking will be charged.
If no show, the total amount of every booking will be charged.

Yes, if you forgot your booking number, you can check-in anyway by presenting your passport or id card at the front desk counter.

Unfortunately, this is not possible but if you wish to pre-booked a golf tee time our team will assist you. We can also recommend you experts caddies in our local golf courses.

Yes, our wellness spa center is open for every one. Ask our spa team about opening time and promotions.

Our swimming pool open every day from 8am until 9 pm.
All children under 12 must be with an adult, appropriate swimwear is required
The depth of our swimming pool is 1.20 meter and we use salt filter.

Our onsen open every day from 7am until 22pm.

The rules of onsen are similar than in japan. First, strip all your clothes and take a shower in the shower area and scrub your body. Then we invite you to soak gradually in the hot water half body first and after a while soak up to the neck. If you feel dizziness, we recommend you to go take a cold shower before going back to the hot water.

Our onsen room facilities are not strict as the original onsen in japan, special underwear can be purchased at the spa counter. However, please not note that any swim suit or else are not allow in our onsen. Please be respectful with others and follow our simple rules.

Pictures and camera are strictly banned to be uses in our onsen. Every guest or members who will break this rules may face some penalties. We have a beautiful garden and Koi ponds where you can take beautiful memory picture with your Japanese yukata robe. Thank you for following our rules and etiquette.
